This training is for current High School, College and Pro athletes (ALL SPORTS!). Advanced 8th graders accepted on individual basis
Our team of certified Strength Coaches will design an individualized training program for each athlete based on functional needs, specific goals and other considerations, in order to decrease the risk of injury and maximize performance.
Each session will include a comprehensive movement prep, power, speed/ agility, strength and conditioning, under the close guidance of a qualified coach.
