Private Training

Schedule training sessions on days/times that work best for you! Create your own group of 2 or more people, or train with a Next Level coach 1 on 1.

Programs will be designed to meet your individualized needs based on sport, age and experience level. Each session will include a comprehensive movement prep, power, speed/agility, strength training and conditioning.

A qualified Next Level coach will be assigned to your private group to maximize consistency and individualization.

Next Level has helped me grow exponentially these past few years. I am able to go home in the summer and breaks during the year knowing I will get better.
