Pro Sports Performance Summer Training

Game changing athletes don’t wait for good things to happen, they earn it. The off-season is where the best of the best separate themselves from the rest of the pack. How will this summer impact your journey to the Next Level?

 

Pro Sports Performance Summer Training

This exclusive training group will be reserved for current professional and college athletes, as well as incoming HS senior college commits. Our team of certified Strength Coaches will design an individualized off-season training program for each athlete based on functional needs, specific goals and other considerations, in order to decrease the risk of injury and maximize on-ice performance. Consistent training times and group members will create a highly competitive and motivating team-like environment!

Each session will include soft tissue quality, mobility, comprehensive movement prep, power, speed/ agility, strength and conditioning, within an intense small group setting. We will limit this group to 18 athletes, with at least 2 Strength Coaches on hand at all times to maintain an optimal coach to athlete ratio.
 

Pro Sports Performance Summer Training will also include:

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidelines to maximize progress and recovery
  • Weekly performance testing to monitor readiness and track progress
  • Personalized TrainHeroic account to monitor daily readiness, track performance gains and provide an online training platform if players are unable to attend on-site training sessions
  • Push Band velocity based training technology
  • Discounted Normatec recovery sessions with Mana Performance Therapy
  • Next Level Gear

Target Group:  Current Pro and college athletes, HS senior college commits

Weeks:  12 Weeks | Week of 5/23- Week of 8/8

Cost:  $1,200/ player full 12 weeks
