Semi-Private Remote Training Includes:

  • 2-3 LIVE Zoom Training Sessions/ Week
  • Small Groups of 2-5 Athletes/ session to allow for individualized feedback and modifications 
  • Consistent training days/ times each week
  • 2-3 additional independent workouts/ week on our TrainHeroic app
    • Includes video demos/ coaching tips
  • Limited Equipment Required (see below for details)
  • Middle School, High School, College, Pro and Total Hockey Training groups available

Semi-Private Remote Training LIVE Session Breakdown:

  • Full Movement Prep/ Dynamic Warm-Up
  • Plyometrics, Power, Speed
  • Comprehensive Strength Training
  • Conditioning
  • Q&A/ Post Session Discussion
    • All exercises will be demonstrated by a Next Level Coach, then they will watch athletes train closely to provide feedback, individualized modifications and motivation!
