Next Level Football Prep Camp

The Next Level Football Prep Camp is a 12 week comprehensive strength, speed and conditioning program designed to enhance athletic performance for Football. This program is for college athletes, incoming college freshmen and high level high school seniors looking to play at the next level. Athletes will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best football players in the Rochester area while utilizing some of the top facilities and technology available to improve their strength, speed and performance on the field.

Dates: Starts: 5/24
             Ends: 8/13
Days/Times: Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 6:30pm
Where: Next Level Strength and Conditioning; 80 Lyndon Road, Fairport NY, 14450
Includes: Three days/week of in-person football performance training (option to purchase two remote speed/agility days).
Cost: $25/Session.

We understand that quality sport performance training comes with a significant financial commitment that not everyone can make. To provide equal opportunities for athletes that are unable to pay for this program, we will be offering two full scholarship opportunities.

To apply, please submit a 1-2 page email to Coach Topple at: JacobT@TrainAtNextLevel.com no later than FRIDAY 5/21, explaining what football means to you and why you believe you deserve a scholarship. Please also include the following information:
