FLEX High School/ College Sports Performance

At Next Level, we understand how hectic the life of a High School/ College athlete can be. Although participating in a highly structured and supervised sports performance program (like our NL Elite Sports Performance) is ideal for athletic development and safety, not everyone can commit to the same day and time each week due to other commitments.

We are excited to announce an alternative option for the busy HS/ College athlete who is unable to commit to our Elite Sports Performance program each week! The FLEX Sports Performance program will allow busy athletes the opportunity to participate in a scientifically proven training program tailored to meet their individualized needs, with the ability to create their own flexible training schedule!

FLEX Sports Performance athletes will not receive the same level of structured, hands on coaching as our Elite group members, but a floating certified strength coach will be available at all times to answer questions, demo exercises and provide feedback. Although we strongly suggest our Elite Sports Performance program if athletes are able to commit to a set schedule, due to the highly structured sessions, constant hands on coaching and individualized modifications, the FLEX program is a much better option than the alternative of training on your own, or not at all!

Let's Break It Down!

Elite Sports Performance:

  • Set days/ times each week (2,3,4 day/ week options) to drive consistent attendance and accountability
  • Individualized programming based on sport, goals, experience, in-season vs. off-season and more
  • Each athlete will receive a FREE Functional Movement Screen and pre-screening interview prior to beginning the program
  • Structured sessions with each minute led by a Certified Functional Strength Coach
  • Close hands on coaching from a Certified Functional Strength Coach at all times to correct technique and offer individualized modifications when necessary
  • Supportive group environment to increase motivation and accountability

FLEX High School/ College Sports Performance:

  • Flexible scheduling based on athletes weekly availability
  • Individualized programming based on sport, goals, experience, in-season vs. off-season and more
  • Each athlete will receive a FREE Functional Movement Screen and pre-screening interview prior to beginning the program
  • Athletes will perform each workout independently under the supervision of a floating certified strength coach (a full warm-up will be required at the beginning of each session)
  • A Next Level coach will be available to provide feedback, answer questions and demo exercises at all times
  • Cost effective option due to flexible scheduling and independent training format
